How much are dues? Dues are $600 per / Year
Do I have to pay all at once? No, dues can be split up how ever is the most convenient for you, whether that be monthly ($50/month), bi-monthly ($100/every two months) , quarterly ($150/every three months). Regardless of how you break it up every homeowner should be contributing at least $50 per month*.
*With the exception of the twin homes. Twin homes are responsible for $300 per year and can be broken up how ever is the most convenient for the home owner. All twin home owners should be contributing at least $25 per month.

When will my check be cashed? Checks will be cashed on a weekly basis.
Will I receive a receipt? If you would like a receipt please email and one will be provided.
Do I need to note an account # on my check or payment? Yes, make sure and not somewhere on your payment the address of your property in Riverpark West. It would also be helpful to have your lot # notated as well

Can I pay online with a credit card? Yes, currently the website is set up to accept PayPal payments.
Can I pay in person? Yes you can, but we would prefer to utilize the PO Box and the website to minimize any payments getting misplaced or lost
